When a system error occurs in the NT version of InfoRad Wireless Enterprise and InfoRad Wireless Watch-IT ASCII/Serial, the service controller application will display a dialog listing the Windows NT error number and description of the error.

System code 5  (NT4.0) ; System error 997 (2000 & XP): Access is denied

You don’t have administrator rights on the machine you are attempting to connect to. To use the service controller, you have to log in to an account that the service machine will recognize as having administrative rights. If your computers are part of a network domain, log in as the domain administrator.

System code 53 : The network path was not found

No computer with the name you typed is visible from your computer. It’s possible that the computer you want to connect to is turned off or not logged in to the network, or maybe you made a typo when you typed the name.

System code 1060 : The specified service does not exist as an installed service

The service program is not installed on the computer you connected to. If you are sure you installed the service before running the service controller, check to be sure you typed the correct computer name.
