Step 2. Click the New button to add a new Receiver or Click Edit to edit an existing Receiver

First, enter a meaningful name for the person carrying the Receiver (Pager or Cell Phone)

Next, enter "ANY_EMAIL_ADDRESS " for the Receiver's ID.
